Our Process
Initial Contact
Whether you fill out a form on our website or call us directly we receive your information and either give you a phone call or schedule a zoom to connect.
3. Present Solutions
After learning more about you and the property you are looking to sell we carefully and strategically offer you between 2 to 3 solutions to fit your wants and needs. These solutions/offers are to maximize your equity return while giving you ease of mind.
5. Closing
Once title is clear to close we will schedule a closing date. This process typically takes anywhere between 7-14 days total. Once we have a closing date scheduled we will wire the money to the title company where they will handle all closing document signatures and get you paid.
2. Learn More About You
On the call we go over more about you and what you may be looking for. We treat this as a discovery call to determine how we may best serve you.
4. Agreements & Title
If one of out no obligation offers fits your needs we will then send an agreement to signed by all parties. Once all parties have signed we will send the agreement to a local title company near you. We will always use a title company to close transactions and to have a title attorney review all paperwork. This ensures you as the seller is protected throughout the entire process of a sale.
6. After Closing
Once closing is complete the property deed with transfer to us as the new owners. Depending on what solution we decided on either you will have moved or you may have stayed if one of our creative and unique seller lease back solutions was chosen. Which ever solution was chosen one thing remains true, we will always be here to assist any way we can whether that be before and or even after closing.
